For over 25 years I've helped organizations express their mission and engage their audiences through the power of human-centered design. As a creative director, designer, UX-lead, and visual producer, I combine the art of listening and experimenting with the art of building and iterating.

For the last ten, I've led design and experience strategy at Service Direct, helping build it from a startup into one of the fastest-growing companies and the leading marketing technology platform.

In my spare time, I contribute my skills and experience to organizations working to improve our world and filmmakers telling important stories.

Otherwise, I'm out surfing and exploring the coastline, camping, traveling, connecting with community, getting inspired by all forms of art, and always learning about something interesting.
